What's special about a pizza place? I figure since it was mentioned in Gourmet Magazine, Oct 07, it deserves a mention here. Hot Lips is Portland-born and prides itself on making pizza & soda with organic & sustainable ingredients. They even use bicycles for some of their pizza deliveries in the spirit of being environmental!
